The Koramangala 4th Block Residents Welfare Association has held the inaugural function of free teaching of Kannada, on Mar16 at the multi-purpose hall, Swabhimana Park, 4th Block, with invocation by Smt. Sharadamma, Kannada Teacher. M Chandrappa, Corporator of Ward 151, Koramangala, was the chief guest and the function was inaugurated by him by lighting the lamp.
While welcoming the gathering, G. M. Shetty, President of the Association, mentioned the encouragement and cooperation of all the residents in conducting the free teaching of Kannada classes to all categories of residents who are interested in learning Kannada. He has also introduced the teacher Sharadamma, to the participants of Kannada classes and said that the regular classes would commence from 17-Mar-2016.
Speaking on the occasion, M. Chandrappa, Corporator, applauded the efforts made by the RWA in this direction of free teaching of Kannada.
The function was attended by RWA executive and other members and several residents and Kannada learning enthusiasts, and it was concluded with a vote of thanks.
