Madivala Police & Kudremukh Colony Residents Interaction

IMG-20170429-WA0128As part of the Bangalore City Police initiative to improve awareness on policing and safety, the Madivala Police Team led by Bolettin – Inspector of Police and his entire team had an interaction and presentation of general safety, law and order and effective policing methods with the residents of Kudremukh Colony on Saturday April 29 evening.
Kudremukh Colony has been marked as Beat 1, Sub Beat 4 as per the new division. Inspite of a heavy downpour the entire police team took all the trouble in coming down to Kudremukh colony and patiently spoke to the gathered residents. The interaction was initiated by the Inspector of Police – Madivala Police Station, MS Bolettin. In fact he took the trouble to make a visit to the colony the previous evening to study the locality personally.
S. Rajendra, GM – HR, KIOCL Ltd. was very instrumental in providing the wonderful Pellet Auditorium for this interaction. He also ensured that there were all arrangements made for this interaction.
As per the sub beat, there would be a Head Constable and a Police Constable assigned to the colony on a daily basis to track activities in the Colony. The present beat area will start from Kudremukh colony on Sarjapur Road to Krupandhi College signal, from KIOCL compound on market road to end of Kudremukh Colony and all the internal roads of the colony.
The Police Team comprised of the following personnel who interacted with the residents to understand their concerns: MS Bolettin – Inspector Of Police, Madivala Station; Neelakantan M – Police Sub Inspector; Hallegowda – Police Sub Inspector; Sanjeev Kumar – Police Sub Inspector; Govindraju – Asst. Sub Inspector; Siddaraju – Head Constable; Ganesh – Head Constable; Mallikarjun – Police constable; Kadesh – Police Constable
Inspector of Police, MS Bolettin addressed the gathering on how people must be aware of crime and its reporting to the police without fear. Tips of safety and how to prevent crime and theft was also explained and a thorough presentation was shown to the residents for their awareness.
The crowd included senior citizens from the colony, all residents and children too. Bolettin assured that the Police will do their best to safe guard interests of the residents when it comes to law and order. The residents thanked the Bangalore City Police for their commendable work and the entire team from Madivala Police Station for this great initiative. -Vinod Kumar
