The Koramangala 4th Block Residents’ Welfare Association had arranged a joint meeting on April 12, at multi-purpose hall, Swabhimana Park, Koramangala, with M Chandrappa, Corporator, Srinivasa Reddy, Executive Engineer, BBMP and Laxmikanth, Assistant Executive Engineer, BWSSB, to discuss the various problems faced by 4th Block residents.
The President of the Association, G M Shetty, while welcoming the Corporator and the department officers, requested the Corporator to direct BESCOM to erect the damaged electrical poles, replace the worn out electrical fittings and loose conductors etc, and also handed over the list in this regard.
Further, while handing over the list of pending work to be tackled, the President has requested the Executive Engineer, BBMP, to expedite the pending civil work in 4th Block. So also he has requested Assistant Executive Engineer, BWSSB, to expedite the work of laying of higher dimension sewerage pipes in 4th Block and to initiate action to construct the Ground Level Water Reservoir in 4th Block to solve shortage of water problem in the area.
The Corporator, Executive Engineer, BBMP, and Assistant Executive Engineer, BWSSB, have assured the association to do the needful in the matter. The meeting was attended by the office bearers, executive committee members of the association and other officers of the concerned departments.
