The first International Yoga Day celebrations in the city will be on June 21 from 6:30 am onwards. Yoga is a lifestyle and should not be mistaken for only asanas.

The first International Day of Yoga on 21st June 2015 will be organized all across Bangalore by the International Yoga Day celebrations committee by organizing the biggest ever Yoga gatherings and Yoga sessions at different venues in Bangalore by various Yoga Groups, NGOs and Youth Associations & Resident Welfare Associations.
On this day, we want to reach out to millions across the country and inspire them to come out on 21st June and celebrate the joy and spirit of Yoga with us.
WHO CAN TAKE PART?
FREE FOR ALL EVENT.
This event is open to everybody over the age of 8 years.
No previous experience with yoga is necessary.
