On January 9, Niranjan, Superintendent of Horticultural Department, BBMP along with few Koramangala 6th Block RWA Managing Committee Members Mrs Archana Murthy, Mrs Neeraja Shetty had visited to ECO Park CA site no 18, 17th D Main Road 6th Block Koramangala.
After the residents briefed him about the works need to be done, Mr Niranjan assured the following works that would be carried out: All the water lines will be changed in the ECO Park; Sprinklers will be installed for watering the plants; All types of saplings will be planted all over the park;Navagraha Garden will be retained and renovated.
Name board for the plants and trees will be renovated and displayed; Painting of the chairs and kerb stones of the pathway will be done; Palm trees around 5ft to 6ft will be planted near the storm water drain. All these works will be started this month end by 29th January 2018.
“Mr Niranjan said it will take nearly two months to complete these works and by March end, the park will be fully developed and renovated”, informed Suresh N Gowda, Secretary of Koramangala 6th Block Residents’ Welfare Association.
