Malur Cinemas, the production house which has produced four short films “Appa”, “Coincidence” “Heegondu Case” and “Something Beyond” and has designed award winning documentary “Sukrupa” has now renamed itself as “Cinematography Images 25 fps”. Prashanth G Malur, the founder director who has introduced new faces in all the films he directed has continued to introduce three more in the film “Amoortha”.
Amoortha, the 9.30 minutes short film is based on a story line portraying the relation of a Father and son in a middle class family, was released on Father’s Day 18th June 2017 by Sowmya Reddy, daughter of Ramalinga Reddy and the Vice President-Bangalore City, Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee and an active environmentalist at “Swabhimana Park” 4th Block, Koramangala, Bangalore.
Nominated Corporator Ashok Reddy, Block President Govardhan Reddy, 4th Block RWA Secretary Cherian and Treasurer Krishna Reddy and 3rd Block RWA President Vishwanath Kashyap along with other members of the association and friends were present at the event.
Viewers who wished the best for future ventures mentioned that the film emotionally connects every one of today and it is a must to be watched by the youngsters of this generation opined the viewers while many including the chief guest were speechless.
The film has been cinematographed by VKS Prabhakaran and Rahul Kumar Anur and Manoj Kumar has rendered the music. Followers and viewers of all the films opined that the team has come a long way graduating technically and conceptually from Appa to Amoortha.
