The residents of 6th Block, Koramangala have been facing lot of problems due to vehicle parking on both the sides of the road in the locality. Since it is causing a serious problem, the 6th Block Residents Welfare Association has requested to enforce one-side parking on the road in this regard.
Traffic Assistant Commissioner of Police RV Chowdappa and Police Inspector Gavisiddhaiah has directed their team to enforce the violation of ‘No Parking’ where ever it is being violated. Hence, the four-wheeler vehicles are being wheel clamped as per their direction, besides the towing of vehicles is on duty ie from Anand Sweets to Sowbhagya store Road and also 6th Cross (Club road).
On these roads, every alternate one hour, the towing of vehicles parked in No Parking Zones is doing rounds in 6th Block. More enforcement will be done in future, added ACP R V Chowdappa Traffic.
With these measures, the residents of Koramangala 6th Block and 5th Block are thankful to the Adugodi traffic police.
