In the monthly meeting held on 25-June-2016, the 4th Block RWA members have invited M. Chandrappa, Corporator, and concerned area engineers of BBMP and BWSSB to appraise various grievances of 4th Block.
GM Shetty, President of the Association, briefed the various pending works viz. desilting of drains and covering with stone/cement slabs, asphalting of 12th Main, 5th Cross and other damaged roads etc. He has also stressed the urgency in construction of parallel drain from Passport office to Wipro park signal through 80 feet road to avoid flooding of water in 4th Block, 6th Block and other areas. He has further insisted the need to desilt the main storm water drain immediately to avoid reverse flow of storm water in 4th Block during rainy season.
He also pursuaded the Corporator to replace the existing sewarage pipe lines with higher dimension pipes for smooth flow of sewarage water. The Corporator, after hearing the grievances, assured the Association to do the needful.
