The Committee members of Residents’ Welfare Association, 4th Block Koramangala, had a meeting on Feb-27, with M. Chandrappa, Corporator for Ward No. 151, Koramangala, to appraise the pending works to be tackled.
G M Shetty, President of the Association, highlighted the work of desilting of main storm water drain, asphalting of 12th Main road, and laying of water pipes to the borewell near Rectangle Park.
The President also mentioned about the renovation of Swabhimana Park including landscaping and repair of the fountain, laying of higher dimension sanitary pipes, desilting of tertiary drains, covering them with stone/cement slabs, cutting/dressing of trees and their branches etc.
The Corporator, M. Chandrappa, after hearing the greivances, immediately on the spot itself, contacted the concerned officials and assured the committee members that he would take up the matter with the concerned departments and solve the problems faced by the 4th Block residents, as early as possible.
