Karnataka State Commission for the Protection of Child Rights (KSCPCR) is an independent statutory body under the Commissions for Protection of Child Rights Act 2005 (number 4 of 2006) to protect and promote child rights in the state in consonance with the provisions of the Constitution of India and the United Nations Convention on Rights of the Child 1989.
On the occasion of Universal Children’s Day which is on 20th Nov 2015. The Commission is organizing Essay and Elocution competition on the same day (20th November 2015) about the Child Rights and Karnataka State Commission for Protection of Child Rights for the students from class 5th to 10th which come under Education Department, Karnataka. And for the students of Pre University Board. And also for the schools of CBSE in Karnataka from class 5th to 10th and till 12th. Prize will be awarded for outstanding performances.
– Participation certificates will be provided for all the participants at school level competition.
– Students who gets 1st prize at school level will be sent to Taluk level and then to district level.
