The ‘Investiture Ceremony’ in National Public School, Koramangala was held on 25th June 2015.
The ceremony began on an august note, with the lighting of the lamp by the dignitaries. After an inspirational speech, the eagerly anticipated badges were bestowed upon the meritorious students of grades nine to twelve, for the much sought after posts in the student council.
The newly elected School Prefect gave a short homily on the need to live up to the NPS motto. Dr.BinduHari, the Director of the NPS group of schools handed over the flags to the Prefects, Vice-Prefects, the House Captains and Vice Captains. She urgedthe students to persevere for perfection in all fields.
The investiture ceremony set the right tone for the young leaders to take up collective responsibility in discharging their duties.
