It has been past four months, several roads of Koramangala 8th Block continue to be in dilapidated condition as the civic authorities have failed to repair them as the rainy season has deteriorated the condition of the roads. Residents allege that the BWSSB after laying new pipelines in the area through L&T, has not repaired properly the dug up roads. Also there has been no proper filling up of the gravel, leaving behind the mud to scatter. And the recent rains has made the roads muddy and slippery.
The roads especially 2nd Cross, 2nd F Main, 2nd C Main, and the road leading through Koramangala Village have not only become slippery due to the mud accumulated on it but the potholes have made it difficult for people driving on these roads. People riding two-wheelers are more prone to falling on the roads and sustaining injuries. Even it has become difficult for the pedestrians to walk.
Residents under the banner of Koramangala 8th Block Nagarika Hitarakshana Vedike have demanded the roads be repaired at the earliest
