The Indian Army is organizing a Recruitment Rally at BEML Nagar, KGF, Kolar under aegis Headquarter Recruiting Zone, Bengaluru from 29 Apr 2015 to 3 May 2015.
Eligible Candidates are to report to the venue with original Education, Residential, Cast and character certificates and 12 passport size photograph.
On 30 Apr 2015. The selection will be held for Soldier Clerk/Store Keeper Technical for the candidates from all districts of Karnataka. Token will be issued for run on 29 Apr 2015.
Education Qualification is PUC/10+2/Intermediate pass from any stream (Arts, Commerce & Science) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and minimum 40 % in each subject. Candidate must have studied English and Mathematics/ Accounts or Book Keeping in 10th/SSLC or PUC/10+2/ Intermediate and obtained 40 % marks in each of these subjects in Class XII. In case that subject has not been studied in Class XII the candidate should have studied that subject in Class X and secure minimum 40 % marks.
In case of a graduate (any field) with Maths/ Acct/Book Keeping and English (even elective) as one of the subject, the stipulation of scoring 40% marks in Maths/English in Class XII of Class X and scoring 50% marks in aggregate in Class XII is waived off.
On 01 May 2015. The selection will be held for Soldier Tradesmen (Chef, Dresser, Painter & Decorator, Steward, ER Washerman House Keeper and Mess Keeper for the candidates from the districts of Bengaluru Urban, Bengaluru Rural, Tumkur, Mandya, Mysore, Bellary, Chamarajanagar, Ramanagara, Kodagu, Kolar, Chikaballapura, Hassan, and Chitradurga. Token will be issued for run on 30 Apr 2015.
Education Qualification for Soldier tradesmen is 10th / SSLC simple pass with minimum 33% marks in aggregate / 8th simple Pass.
On 02 May 2015. The selection will be held for Soldier General Duty and Soldier Technical for the candidates from the districts of Kolar, Mandya, Mysore, Tumkur, Bengaluru Urban and Bengaluru Rural. Token will be issued for run on 01 May 2015.
On 03 May 2015. The selection will be held for Soldier General Duty and Soldier Technical for the candidates from the districts of Bellary, Hassan, Kodagu, Chitradurga, Chamarajanagar, Ramanagara and Chikaballapur. Token will be issued for run on 02 May 2015.
Education Qualification for Soldier General Duty and Soldier Technical are:-
(a) For Soldier General Duty. Should have secured 33% marks in each subject and 45% marks in aggregate in Class X.
In case of higher education, stipulation of percentage is waived off. Since no compulsory/mandatory subjects are required for Soldier General Duty, hence percentage should be considered for only main/ compulsory subjects of Class X.
For State Edn Bds incl CBSE, who have adopted Grading System only A candidate must have the grade which contains 45% in each individual subject to be considered eligible for enrolment.
(b) For Soldier Technical. 12th/PUC/ Intermediate simple pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths & English with 45% marks in aggregate. 10th class pass with min 50% marks in aggregate if 3 yrs Diploma in engg from an AICTE recognized institute.
