In the recent months, most of us have received, in our own whatsapp groups, small notices about the benefits that one can drive on drinking coriander water and plain water at certain times of the day. The senders of these notes did mention that as we use these on a regular basis, in our day-to-day activities, no harm in trying them out.
Briefly, to recapitulate, both, may I repeat the messages received, for those, who have not seen them:
Clean your kidneys in Rs 5 or even less: Years are passing by and our kidneys are filtering the blood by removing salt and any u and it needs bacteria entering our body. With time, salt accumulates in our kidney to undergo cleaning treatment. How are we going to do this. Here is an easy cheap and simple way to do it.
Take a bunch of coriander (Kotthumalli leaves) and wash it clean. Cut it in small pieces and put it in a pot. Pour clean water and boil for ten minutes and let it cool down. Next filter it and pour it in a bottle and keep it in a refrigerator to cool. Drink one glass every day and you will notice all salt and other accumulated impurities coming out of your kidney while urination. You will be able to notice the difference yourself!
Kotthumalli/coriander is known as best cleaning treatment for kidneys and the best part is it is natural ! Please share this information with others and keep your kidneys clean…
This circular notice came on 10th March, which, the note said is the World Kidney Day!
I have been practicing this method and I can assure you the reader to try for himself/herself, as this is very true. In fact, terrace garden lovers can easily grow “organic” coriander at home and they would find this an exciting and healthy option to follow!
Drinking water at the Right Time to get the best benefit!
It has been reported in the same notices that a lot of people drink more soft drinks than plain water, which has tremendous health benefits. It is said that drinking one glass of water, at the right time, maximizes its effectiveness on the Human body. This note recommends that:
1 glass of water – after waking up helps to activate internal organs
1 glass of water – 30 minutes before a Meal helps digestion
1 glass of water – before taking a Bath – helps lower you blood pressure
1 glass of water – before going to bed – avoids stroke or heart attack
The note also said: “when someone shares something of value with you and you benefit from it, you have a moral obligation to share!”
In this case, I have been following a Chinese friend’s advice to drink several glasses of water, first thing in the morning, after waking up; he used to drink eight glasses at one stretch but I could do regularly five in my younger days, though, now, I stop with two! I din’t know about other factors mentioned, until recently, and now I practice them practically every day.
This method of regulated drinking of water definitely has been effective and keeps myself fit!
I am not a doctor of medicine, but these simple practices do help to keep our body and mind in good shape!
These are harmless practices and no harm in trying!
