Three good things happened on Friday Nite at The Koramangala Club. .Sports Achievers were honoured and felicitated, they were the winners at the in-club tournaments, a quarterly affair of the club. Sports Discipline like Tennis, Badminton, Snooker, Billiards, Swimming and Gym were counted upon – all of 72 sports achievers were honoured with beautiful trophys and dinner. The President, Jayaramu and Secretary Pradeep along with other committee members gave away the trophies. The Club is looking out for a Mega Sports Festival in April where the best of Clubs will take part, a battle for the best.
The corridor of the club were dotted with wine stations and the club members were offered different varieties of wine to be tasted and relished free of cost.
Valentine’s Night of music was celebrated with gusto at the club lawns, The talented trio of two women and a guy Prathibha Kulkarni, Rajeev Anand and Savita Raj entralling the evening with romantic songs in all languages. Some members and their guests too joined them in singing their favourite romantic songs.
All was well and ended well. After all it was a celebration of three spheres. . . Sports – Love & Wine!
The members are looking forward to such events, non members and residents of Koramangala… be friendly to your neighbours and Koramangala Club friends, one can come with them as guests and join in the celebrations. Our Club is one big family – a place for fitness and fun. Always there’s something happening at the Club – it’s a happening place.
