The Residents Welfare Association, 4th Block, Koramangala, has arranged a ‘Free Dental Checkup Camp’ by Dr S Sundarraj, an experienced Dental Surgeon, on 22-Jan-2017, at multi-purpose hall, Swabhimana Park, Koramangala.
After inauguration of the ‘Free Dental Checkup Camp’, at the above venue, G M Shetty, President of the association, has said that the Doctor is presently practicing in ‘Niveditha Dental Speciality Clinic’, at Wilson Garden, Bengaluru.
Further, Shetty said that the Doctor has vast experience of 37 years in Dental Field and he had worked abroad in Lagos State Government Hospital, Nigeria, Liverpool Hospital, UK, and thereafter he worked as Principal, SJM Dental College, Chitradurga, and Bangalore Institute of Dental Sciences, Bangalore, for about 8 years and 6 years respectively. Sri. Shetty mentioned that the Doctor has also worked in Maharana Pratap Dental Science College, Gwalior and he is now working as visiting Professor, Surendra Dental College, Ganganagar, Rajasthan, and Durban Dental College, South Africa.
During the course of welcoming the Doctor, Shetty has added that dental awareness is very much needed to the people and timely checkup is also very important to control the infection. Several patients have availed the benefit of free dental checkup. Dr. Arpitha Mahapatra, has also assisted in the dental checkup camp.
