We have heard the counsel for the applicant. The averments are looked into along with the materials available. The Tribunal is satisfied that there exists a substantial question connected to and concerned with environment and ecology to be decided by the Tribunal. Hence, the application is admitted.
The counsel for the applicant would submit that the area in which the construction of school is put up by the 2nd respondent is notified as play ground and as per the Judgement of the National Green Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi in O.A.No.229 of 2014 dated 11.5.2015, the play
ground apart from the park were held to be placed to be maintained as lung place. It is not known as to whether the 2nd respondent is entitled for such allotment from Bangalore
Development Authority (BDA) The status quo to be maintained by the 2nd respondent. The 4th respondent shall implement the order of the Tribunal and file a status report in the next date of hearing. The matter is posted to 5.4.2016.
