City Development Minister K J George made an inspection of Okalipuram 8 Lane corridor Construction along with Mayor Manjunatha Reddy and directed BBMP officials and contractors to complete the eight-lane, signal-free corridor near the City Railway Station at Okalipuram by December-end.
The 6.6-km corridor stretches from Okalipuram junction to Fountain Circle project is going to start immediately at 3 locations.
The work has started after much delay of 7 years.
Government is going to work on a timeline to complete the project by end of December 2016.

l Rajajinagar 1st Block Main Road – 10th cross junction
l And 10th main junction
