It is sad to see that some of the tree saplings planted by residents around the playground have been deliberately cut and tree guards erected around them have been removed and damaged by some miscreants.
Lakhs of rupees has been spent on development of the playground that too a resident had sponsored it after see the pathetic condition of the ground which was reported in City Kemp few months back.
Weeping Ashoka tree saplings had been planted along the park side so that it will act as a barrier and prevent cricket ball landing inside the park. Besides it will have aesthetic look.
