Chief Minister Siddaramaiah inaugurated major completed civil works and new modern police stations in the city on Friday.
Flyover at Kanteerava Studio junction, built at an estimated cost of Rs. 46.98 crore was inaugurated. CM had 2 weeks ago directed authorities to open the flyover as soon as possible during his city inspection rounds.
Two Skywalks at Babusapalya junction and Kammanahalli Junction on Outer Ring Road, which are part of the 25 skywalks to be built all along ORR were inaugurated. Flyover at Nagawara junction on ORR was also inaugurated. Three ultra modern police stations, approved by Bureau of Police Research and Development built at a cost of 2.5 crores each by KSPH were opened. The police stations are located at Kothanur, Bagaluru and Ramamurthy Nagara. Home Minister KJ George said that 35 such new police stations will come up in the state.
