We are the best: The Karnataka Minister for Transport Ramalinga Reddy received “Award of Excellence” from the Union Minister of State for Urban Development Babul Supriyo, in New Delhi on November-28.The Managing Director KSRTC Rajender Kumar Kataria, Dr. Ekroop Caur, Managing Director BMTC, G.N Shivamurthy, Managing Director, NEKRTC and PRO, KSRTC, Latha and other officials look on. KSRTC, BMTC & NEKRTC bagged National Award, ”Award of Excellence” by Ministry of Urban Development, Govt.of India. the award ceremony was organized at Manekshaw Centre (Zoravar Hall), Parade Road, New Delhi. KSRTC bagged award for Intelligent Transport System Project, BMTC for City bus service for inclusive development category, NEKRTC for Best City bus services. KSRTC winning this award 5th time in a row. NEKRTC is the first time winning this award.out of 10 awards, 3 awards bagged by Karnataka STUs.
