Last night’s downpour has flooded ST Bed of Koramangala and parts of 4th Block, Koramangala. Rain water mixed with sewage has entered houses and nearly three feet under water; putting residents under house arrest.
ST Bed Secretary Dr Praksh Reddy said “Rainwater mixed with sewage has entered the houses. We don’t know what to do. In 2007 the same situation had happened.”. Further he said that in 2001 also it was similar where cars had been washed away.” “We can’t image what would be next. Because sewage will be there every where – sumps, tanks, roads, drains etc., cleaning the house is another big task”.
