On 15th June Samskruthi Ladies Association’s highlight was “Housie Game”. The Indian Heritage hall got filled in no time. Meeting started with the prayer and National Anthem. President Vasumathi greeted and welcomed the members.
Secretary Malini made announcements regarding the July, August meetings and the picnic to Jog falls due in September. Birthday girls were recognized and they recalled their best times at Samskruthi. The most awaited Housie started. Attentive members held the tickets in their hands and sat in the edge of their seats. Games committee Sandhya explained the rules, Jt. Sec. Latha cleared the doubts and Cultural committee Gayathri called out the numbers. Many members walked away with cash prizes while three members won “Lucky Lady” title bagging Sarees and Salwar material. Ms. Anusuya B.R and Ms. Rajeshwari were the Lucky Ladies of Housie Part-1 and Ms.Tara Prabhu was Lucky Lady of Housie Part -2. Birthday cake was cut by the celebrities between the games of Housie.
Food committee took care of the members as the meeting ended. Samskruthi meets every 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month @ IHA. Membership is open.
