Sewage pipeline works launched

Last Sunday, Transport Minister Ramalinga Reddy initiated the programme for the replacement of bigger diametre sewage pipelines in various locations of Koramangala. The Minister along with former Mayor and Madiwala Ward Corporator Manjunatha Reddy, Koramangala Ward 151 Corporator Chandrappa, Councillor Ashok Reddy, environmentalist Sowmya Reddy, Koramangala Block Congress President Govardhan Reddy and residents from various blocks were present.
The BWSSB will be laying 9″ diametre sewage pipes covering areas in Koramangala Ward-151.The first programme was at Koramangala Village Area near Anjeneya Temple circle. Followed by at Grape Garden Park 6th block Koramangala. Later at Chinmaya School 4th block Koramangala. Then at Kudremukh Colony 2nd Block Koramangala. The total estimated cost is Rs 2.56 cr.
Once these works are completed, there would be no choking of sewage lines in Koramangala.
