The Koramangala 8th Block Welfare Association will be celebrating Kannada Rajyotsava and Children’s Day in a grand manner on November 14 at Chamundeshwari Park in 8th Block. Transport Minister Ramalinga Reddy will hoist the Flag on that day at 9.30 am. Corporators M Chandrappa and Manjula Sampathkumar, ex-Mayor Manjunath Reddy and Councillor Ashok Reddy will be the guests of honour.
Soon after hoisting the flag, there will be Fancy Dress competition for children in two age groups- Upto 6 years; and above 6 years to 12 years. In each category 6 attractive prizes will be given

Every Sunday meals is sponsored by ex-President of Koramangala 8th Block Welfare Association L Nagaraj to the members of Asha Niketan FMR India. This benefits over 40 persons and it costs about Rs 75,000 annually and it is being sponsored by L Nagaraj for the past few years.
