Bengaluru City Mayor B N Manjunatha Reddy planted tree saplings and distributed notebooks to children during the launch of B N Manjunatha Reddy Welfare Association formed by the youths from Madiwala Ward on Children’s Day in Venkateshwara Layout of BTM in the presence of Association office bearers and residents.
B N Manjunatha Reddy Welfare Association will be working towards social welfare of the city, says its founder-President R Sridhar Babu. “This month we have planned to plant tree saplings in Madiwala Ward,” he added. About 50 saplings were planted on this day. Association office bearers are: R Sridhar babu – President, Anudhar P and Rajesh K Reddy – both Vice-Presidents, Rajshekar R – Secretary, Rajesh S – Joint Secretary, Manjunath Reddy J and Dilip Venkatesh U – both Treasurers, Ramu K, Karthik Yadav, Srinivas Reddy S L, Ravi K, Naveen Kumar J, Lokesh K, Kumar M V, Monish S Reddy, Nagaraj M, Chowda Reddy H A, S Chethan Chakravarty – all Committee Members.
