Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Koramangala had organised Kannada Rajyotsava on November 15. Dr. BV Rajaram, a dramatist, theatre and TV artist was the chief guest. Chief Executive Officer KS Bhat and Principal Saroja Sridharan were present.
The programme began with a welcome speech by the School Principal. Later the School CEO Bhat said “Though Chinmaya Vidyalaya is an English medium school, Kannada language is also given enough importance.”
The chief guest Dr Rajaram in his speech said Kannada language has received 8 Jnanpeetha awards. He also stressed that talent in children should be recognized and extracted along with their learning. Children entertained the gathering by their songs, dance and drama performances. This programme was a grand success. Programme got concluded with Shanti Mantra.
